After selling his beloved George’s Seafood in late 2013, Johnny felt a profound need to remain connected with the community that had been integral to his success. His desire to engage more directly with oyster lovers and seafood enthusiasts spurred him to step out of the traditional restaurant setting. This transition marked a new chapter in his life, driven by the aim to share his knowledge and passion for seafood more broadly.
